FFdshow : for many common and pro video codecs like MPEG2, MJPEG, L-JPEG, ffdshow is a reputated project which includes all codecs in one easy to install package, you can download it directly from authors page: http://ffdshow-tryout.sourceforge.net/download.php  Avid DNxHD codec, a profesional codec used widely, with support for 8-bit and 10-bit sampling, featuring optimal picture quality, good bitrate and multiple generations without degradation, it can be downloaded from here: http://www.avid.com/US/industries/workflow/DNxHD-Codec  Apple ProRes codec and Quicktime system for Windows: http://support.apple.com/downloads/Apple_ProRes_QuickTime_Decoder_1_0_for_Windows http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
